YOU START WITH ONE GUN AND A HULL SOMEONE ELSE DIDN'T WANT.

Everything else you take off the wreckage.

SALVAGE is a vertical-scrolling shooter about building a warship out of the fleet that's hunting you. Kill something, take its parts, fly back to the hangar and bolt them on. Every weapon appears on your hull — you can read someone's entire run from a screenshot.

────────────────────────────────

EVERY WEAPON IS USELESS AT SOMETHING

There are twenty-four of them and not one is a straight upgrade. The Lance cracks armour open and cannot touch a swarm. Flak shreds anything close and sparks harmlessly off a hulk. The Mirror Sail reflects energy fire and does nothing about a kinetic round.

Before every sector you get a scout report — partial, sometimes garbled — telling you what's waiting. Then you decide what to fit. Get it wrong and you'll survive on flying alone.

────────────────────────────────

THIRTEEN REALMS, THREE ACTS

ACT ONE — ACCUMULATION (Realms I–IV)

Learn the counters. Build the arsenal. The galaxy is being generous with you.

ACT TWO — ATTRITION (Realms V–IX)

Elites appear. Materials stop being free. You will die here.

ACT THREE — THE DEEP END (Realms X–XIII)

Everything is trying to kill you and almost nothing is being replaced.

Each realm ends with a capital ship, and each one has a way in. The Anvil only opens its core after it charges. The Loom hides behind five rotating shields and one gap.

The Pale phases out and you have to hold fire and wait. The Matron heals faster than a bad build can hurt it.

The last one, The Deep, remembers every boss you've already killed and uses all of it.

WHAT YOU LOSE

Change hulls and your loadout is stripped — two systems survive the refit, the rest is melted down. Die and the ship is destroyed along with most of what was bolted to it.

Your stockpile in the hangar is always safe; what you took into battle is what you risk.

That makes a spare hull in the shipyard a spare life.

- 24 weapons across four mount types, each with three marks

- 10 hulls from a three-mount Scout to a nine-mount Leviathan

- 15 enemy types, and the roster rotates — no two realms field the same fleet

- 13 capital ships, each with its own tell

- 16 modules, picked one-of-three after every sector, that change how the ship flies

- 9 timed powerups

- Two saved loadouts you can swap between mid-fight

Drag to fly, the guns fire themselves, one button to dash. Plays on a phone with one thumb, on a desktop with a mouse or WASD.
